What size of shed can I build?
All sheds must not exceed 100 Square Feet, they can only be a maximum of 10ft X 10ft, and not exceed 12 ft high. Sheds may not be used for sleeping quarters (Bunky).
What are the requirements to build a fence?
Fences in front of the property must be 3 ft from the road, and not exceed 3 ft high, while the sides and the back of the site may be 6 ft. This includes hedges and trellises.

Water shut off and on dates are scheduled annually, spring and fall, however if you need your water turned on or off outside those dates contact Eileen Barker at Insight.
Note there is a $100 charge for the service outside the scheduled dates.
