What size of shed can I build?
All sheds must not exceed 100 Square Feet, they can only be a maximum of 10ft X 10ft, and not exceed 10 ft high. Sheds may not be used for sleeping quarters (Bunky). Only one shed is allowed per lot. Two story sheds are not permitted. No plumbing is allowed.
What are the requirements to build a fence?
Fences in the front of the property must be 3 ft from the front property line, and 3ft from the front pad, and not exceed 3 ft high, while the sides and the back of the site may be 6 ft. This includes hedges and trellises. Please discuss your fence plans with your neighbors prior to application.
Water shut off and on dates are scheduled annually, spring and fall, however if you need your water turned on or off outside those dates contact Eileen Barker at Insight.
Note there is a charge for the service outside the scheduled dates.

If your children or family member is 16 or older and has a valid drivers license they may drive a golf cart on the premises. Younger children cannot drive on site due to insurance regulations. and resort rules. Quads, and 4 wheelers are prohibited from driving in the park.
Vehicles are not allowed to be parked on Squilax-Anglemont road. Gateway owners parking on the road is a violation of our Fore Shore Lease, and we could loose the rights to the waterfront, dock, and beach area.
No. This has long been debated, and explained. Gateway is a four season, 182 day maximum resort. While some owners are utilizing a non-conforming status. Please see Full Time living and CSRD letters above for clarification.
